Returns · Removals · Liquidation

Get a return on your returns.

Send us your Amazon removals, customer returns and overstock. We inspect and photograph every unit, and you decide what happens to it: liquidate it, send it to Amazon FBA, ship it back to you, or dispose of it.

No monthly fee. You only pay for what you send us.
How it works

Three steps, and you only make one decision.

You get a portal that shows every unit we receive, with photos and its condition. Nothing happens to your inventory until you say so.

01

Send it to us

Point your Amazon removal orders at our Oregon facility, and forward customer returns and overstock. Your account code on the label tells us whose box it is.

02

We inspect every unit

Each unit is received, graded and photographed, then grouped by condition. It shows up in your portal the same way, so you can see exactly what came back.

03

You decide, we do it

Choose what happens to each group within 10 days. We carry it out, and sale proceeds come straight off your fees.

Your options

One unit, one decision.

Every group of units gets exactly one of these. Pick what makes the most money, or the least hassle.

Liquidate

We list it, sell it and ship it to the buyer. You're credited the proceeds once the buyer's return window closes.

Send to Amazon FBA

Relabelled with your FNSKU and held until you're ready for an FBA shipment, wherever the units came from.

Ship back to you

Packed and sent to your address, on the cheapest label that does the job.

Dispose

For units that aren't worth your time or the shipping.

Why ReturnWorx

Built by people who've sold on Amazon for a decade.

One running balance

Fees and sale proceeds net out in one balance you can check line by line, any time.

No monthly fee

No subscription and no minimum. If you send us nothing, you pay nothing.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do I send my Amazon removals to you?

When you create a removal order in Seller Central, choose "Ship to address" and enter our Independence, Oregon address with your account code on address line 2. You'll find it, with copy buttons for each field, in your portal after you sign up.

What happens if I don't decide within 10 days?

We keep holding the units, and a holding fee of $0.25 per unit per day applies until you decide, capped at $50 per group. We email you before it starts, and we never sell or dispose of anything on your behalf.

How does liquidation pay out?

Once an item sells and ships, we wait for the buyer's return window to close (30 days), then credit you the sale price less marketplace fees, shipping and our 15% commission on the sale price. The credit comes straight off your balance.

How am I billed?

Fees and sale proceeds go into one running balance you can see in your portal. We invoice the card on file when it reaches $75 or every 60 days, whichever comes first.

Do I need to be a PrepWorx client?

No. ReturnWorx works on its own. If you are a PrepWorx client, sign in with your PrepWorx login to add it, and it's billed separately from your PrepWorx account.

Which customer returns can I send?

Amazon removals, returns from your own store or other marketplaces, and overstock. If you're not sure whether something fits, email us before you ship.
